Dr. Pfungwa Dhliwayo

Dr. Pfungwa Dhliwayo

Dr Pfungwa Dhliwayo is a senior human resources practitioner and registered industrial psychologist. He serves as the Group Human Resources Executive for the First Mutual Holdings Limited Group, responsible for operations in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Mozambique. Previously, he served Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited, Old Mutual Zimbabwe Limited, Delta Corporation Limited, Zimasco Private Limited, and Safeguard Security Private Limited where he held management and senior management positions in human capital management. Dr Pfungwa has solid experience in implementing sustainable organisational development interventions in the Southern African and East African markets. His vast experience covers leadership development, executive coaching, strategy facilitation, mergers and acquisitions, people selection, occupational assessments and industrial psychological interventions, talent and succession management, and organisational development. Pfungwa holds a PhD in Consulting (Industrial and Organisational) Psychology from the University of South Africa, Global Executive Development Programme from GIBS (University of Pretoria),  Master of Science in Occupational Psychology, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology, Post-graduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology, all from the University of Zimbabwe, Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and other professional diplomas and certificates in coaching and business.

Cleopas Chiketa

Cleopas Chiketa is an accomplished Business Executive Coach and Human Resources Practitioner, a fellow of the Institute of Coaching (USA), a Fellow IPMZ and a Member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) USA. He is a Board Member of the Africa Executive Coaching Council (AECC) and the founding Chairperson of Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI). Cleopas is also Coach under Breakfast Club Africa a Pan African organization that provides Coaching to CEOs and C-Suite Executives. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) USA, Balanced Score Card Master Professional (BSMP) by the Balanced Score Card Institute and George Washington University (USA), Master Certified ROI Professional (Villanova University and ROI Institute Inc. USA), Global Leadership and Global Team Coach under the Global Coaching Group. Cleopas served the Zimbabwe Institute of Management National Council and as Director of Membership and Chapters for the International Association of Facilitators Global Board (USA). He holds a BSc. Honours in Human Resource Management (MSU), Master of Commerce Strategic Management and Corporate Governance (MSU), Master of Business & Executive Coaching (Wits Business School), Certificate in Knowledge Management (University of Stellenbosch Business School) a diploma in Training Management and Higher Diploma in HRM from IPMZ. During his career, Cleopas worked for Delta Corporation, Econet, Amalgamated Motor Corporation, and Telone at Executive & Management Levels. He is currently the Director, Human Resources for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

Audrey Mlambo, currently Regional Head of People & Culture at Standard Bank Group (Stanbic Bank) is a seasoned HR practitioner with vast experience at strategic HR level at both national and international level. Prior to joining Standard Bank Group (Stanbic), Audrey worked for Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Human Resources, serving in various capacities, in various markets including Dubai, India, Botswana and South Africa. Audrey holds various HR qualifications, including an IPMZ diploma and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University (UK). Audrey is deputy chairperson of the National Manpower Advisory Council (NAMACO) and Board Member of Management Training Bureau (MTB). Audrey’s passion within the HR field is in talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and inclusive diversity.

 

Darlington Hukuimwe

Darlington Hukuimwe B.Sc Hons, MBA, Certified Talent Management Practitioner, Certified Change Management Expert, Chartered Organisational Development Practitioner with over 19 years experience. He is currently employed as Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Amalgamated Brands. He has held previous roles as HR & Communications Director for Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe, Head of Talent and OD for Econet Group, and Senior Manager for PwC looking after Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana and Zambia. Darlington has also worked for EOH Consulting Botswana as Head of Human Capital Services across Africa in Mining, Public Service, UN agencies, Banking and Finance, Agriculture, NGO, Manufacturing, Retail etc.

Darlington is the current NON-Executive Board Chairman for MDH Hospital, a Board member for Helpage Zimbabwe, and a ZEGU University Council member.

Alice Nyamugama

Alice Nyamugama is a seasoned HR professional with 21 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Banking Sector and the Revenue Authority she is currently employed as Head of Talent and Organisational Development at ZIMRA. She is the past IPMZ Women’s Network Chairman (2019 to 2021). She is serving as an Advisory Board Member in the NUST Finance Advisory Board (2021 to 2024). Alice has won several Performance Excellence Awards in Human Capital Development and Change Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe IPMZ) and PROWEB. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (awarded with Merit and Distinction on a Dissertation Project) from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Diploma in Human capital Development from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), Certified Management Services Practitioner and Work Study Certified with the Institute of Management Services (IMS) (UK), Certified Talent Practitioner (ABMC International) and a Certified Coach Practitioner with the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF) (USA). Her experience spans Talent Management, Talent and Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Organisation and Methods and Business Processes Reengineering

Monica Tembo

Monica Tembo is a passionate Business strategist and Human Capital practitioner who holds a Master’s in Business Leadership from the Bindura University of Science Education and first degrees in Business Management (BUSE) and Human Resources from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She also holds an IPMZ Diploma in Human Resources. Currently, she is a final year student studying LLB with UNISA.

Monica is the current Group Head of Human Resources for WAICA Reinsurance, a group with a physical presence in 7 African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe, Kenya) and two other countries (Dubai and United Kingdom) with its Head office in Sierra Leone. In her capacity, she oversees the human resources management of 9 countries which has given her diverse experience and exposure on the global platform. Previously she has worked in various capacities with Matanuska, ZARNet and PSMI. She is the current International Vice President of the Federation of African Law Students (FALAS) 2022/2023 and Mashonaland Branch. Monica Tembo also serves as a Board Member of Invent Insurance Agents and Actuaries.

Dr Tendayi Munhenga is an experienced and accomplished chartered professional in human capital development and corporate governance with over 26 years of hands-on experience. He is a dynamic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented business professional with a proven track record of making decisions and working collaboratively and strategically with teams to achieve desired goals.  He is currently the Head of Human Resources for the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ). His vast experience covers Business Leadership and Management, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Sound Corporate Governance and Ethics, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Human Capital Development, and Financial and Investment Management just to name a few. Dr Munhenga holds a doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration from Gideon Robert University (Zambia), a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology (Zimbabwe), a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Zimbabwe Open University, Diploma in Personnel Management from Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and several professional certificates in coaching and business. He has served on various boards including Chairperson for Mother of Peace Community Children’s Home (MOPC) – PVO and also chaired MCAZ several committees

Terrence Kwaramba

Terrence Kwaramba is the Head of Human Resources and Compliance at Mashonaland Tobacco Company, a subsidiary of Alliance One International. Terrence is a Chartered HR Practitioner who has telecoms, retail, logistics, FMCG, Agro-Processing and consulting experience. Terrence brings over 20 years of experience in both Practitioner and consulting capacities, where he has practised and consulted for several leading organizations in Africa.

Terrence is an expert in OD and has been Lead Trainer in chartered OD certification programmes at home and in the region. Terrence has served in various leadership roles, which include being a committee member of IPMZ Mashonaland Branch; Chairman of the Employers Association of the Tobacco Industry in Zimbabwe and is current President of Titanium Motorcycle Club Zimbabwe. Terrence holds an MBA (Nottingham Trent), a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Higher Diploma in Business Studies and Diplomas in Education, business and Training.

 

Mercy Nhongo

Mercy Nhongo is an incisive Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.  Currently, Mercy is the Head of Human Resources for the City of Mutare. Prior to joining the City of Mutare, Mercy worked for the City of Harare where she held a senior position in human resources operations and employee relations.

Mercy is a holder of a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance from Africa University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Africa University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law (Conciliation &Arbitration) from the University of Zimbabwe and several qualifications in human resources management and performance management. She is the current Manicaland Branch Chairperson.

Forward Manyanga is currently the section head of Industrial Relations for Mimosa Mining Company. Forward has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Cooperate Social     Responsibility with a passion for employee, community, and social relations. He holds a B. Com Degree in Human Resources Management, a diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), an SMI –  Success Motivation International qualification and several other qualifications in management. Forward is the current Mildland Branch Chairperson

Nokuthula Moyo is currently the Human Capital Officer for Bulawayo City Council. Nokuthula has vast experience in talent acquisition, talent retention and the development of recruitment policies in line with industry trends. She holds a General Master of  Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce Honour’s Degree in Management , a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (National University of Science and Technology), and a diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Administration and Commerce (Zimbabwe). Nokuthula is the current Matabeleland Branch Chairperson
