Cleopas Chiketa is an accomplished Business Executive Coach and Human Resources Practitioner, a fellow of the Institute of Coaching (USA), Fellow IPMZ and Member of International Coaches Federation (ICF) USA. He is a Board Member with Africa Executive Coaching Council (AECC) and the founding Chairperson of Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI). Cleopas is also Coach under Breakfast Club Africa a Pan African organization that provides Coaching to CEOs and C-Suite Executives. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with International Association of Facilitators (IAF) USA, Balanced Score Card Master Professional (BSMP) by the Balanced Score Card Institute and George Washington University (USA), Master Certified ROI Professional (Villanova University and ROI Institute Inc. USA), Global Leadership and Global Team Coach under the Global Coaching Group. Cleopas served the Zimbabwe Institute of Management National Council and as Director Membership and Chapters for International Association of Facilitators Global Board (USA). He holds a BSc. Honours Human Resource Management (MSU), Master of Commerce Strategic Management and Corporate Governance (MSU), Master of Business & Executive Coaching (Wits Business School), Certificate in Knowledge Management (University of Stellenbosch Business School) a diploma in Training Management and Higher Diploma in HRM from IPMZ. During his career, Cleopas worked for Delta Corporation, Econet, Amalgamated Motor Corporation, and Telone at Executive & Management Levels. He is currently the Deputy Director with Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

Dr. Philimon Chitagu rose through the rank and file to his current position of HR Director with Schweppes Holdings Africa Limited. He worked for various government ministries, departments and agencies and CAPS holdings before joining Schweppes. At Schweppes, Dr. Chitagu was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Performance Management System (CABAL) which incorporates performance and talent potential among other various initiatives. Dr. Chitagu holds a PhD in Business Leadership (Da Vince), MBA and Bachelor of Management in Industrial and Labour Studies (ZOU); IPMZ Diploma; Industrial and Labour Studies Diploma among others. He is a Chartered HR Professional (CHRP-G) (IPMZ) and Certified Personal Profile Assessment (PPA). He sits on the board Bindura University of Science and Education and Zimbabwe Correctional Services.

Dr. Pfungwa Dhliwayo

Dr. Pfungwa Dhliwayo is an astute human resources practitioner, registered industrial psychologist, certified talent economist and certified coach. He serves as the Group Human Resources Executive for First Mutual Holding Limited Group. Dhliwayo joined FML Group from Econet Wireless Zimbabwe where he held senior positions in human resources operations, organizational development, and talent management. During his tenure at Econet, Dr. Dhilawayo was instrumental in facilitating sustainable organizational development interventions in Econet’s Lesotho and Burundi. Pfungwa has exposure in financial services, manufacturing, general services, and telecommunications and security industries. Dr. Dhliwayo holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe,  PhD in Consulting Psychology from the University of South Africa, MSc in Occupational Psychology, Master of Business Administration, BSc Honours Psychology, from the University of Zimbabwe, Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology and a number of certifications in coaching and talent economics.

Ms. Audrey Mlambo

Ms. Audrey Mlambo, currently Head of People & Culture at Stanbic Bank is a seasoned HR practitioner with vast experience at strategic HR level nationally and internationally. Audrey worked for Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Human Resources and also served in various capacities, in different markets including Dubai, India, Botswana and South Africa. Audrey holds various HR qualifications, including an IPMZ diploma and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University (UK). She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Corporate Governance. Audrey is deputy chairperson of National Manpower Advisory Council (NAMACO) and deputy chairperson of Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI)’s Labour Committee. Audrey’s passion within the HR field is talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and building diverse teams.

Mr. Marshall Dube is a graduate in B.Sc Politics Administration and Masters in Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ), an MBA and Masters in Strategic Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Marshall also holds a Certificate in Labour Relations and Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). Marshall started his career as a Labour Officer with the Ministry of Labour and was later to work for several companies in different sectors and held different positions. His is currently working with Premier Service Medical Investments (Pvt) Ltd as Director Human Resources Services. He sits as a Board Member for the Ekuphumuleni Geriatric Nursing Home, and Nkompu Mineral Resources (Pvt) Ltd Board as the Board Chairman.

Ms. Paidamoyo Munhenga is the current Head of Human Resources and Systems with Speendlink Cargo. She has considerable experience in people management, quality management system and has participated in the development of HR ISO standards with the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ). She is a holder of Executive Master of Business Administration with Midlands State University, Executive Diploma in Business Leadership (ZIM), Lead Auditor (SAATCA) and a diploma in Human Resources Management with IPMZ.

Mr. Paul Nyausaru is an HR Practitioner with over 15 years currently with Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) as Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining ZIMSEC, Paul worked for the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) as Head of Staff Development and Training where he facilitated setting up of the staff training function. Paul is a fellow of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and had served in various capacities in the Institute’s structures. As an avid writer on HR & L&D issues, Paul has immensely contributed to the HR fraternity through publication of articles in the local media. He holds various qualifications including a Master’s in Business Intelligence (MBI) (CUT), BA English and Communication (ZOU), HR Standards and Auditing certificate (SABPP), Corporate Certificate in Company Direction (IODZ) and IPMZ Diploma.

Ms. Trish Jasi has worked in the FMCG sector as a Human Resources practitioner. During her tenure in the consultancy industry, Trish managed contract s in the Commercial, Food and Allied and Engineering sectors. She is currently with Doves Holdings as a General Manager (Human Resources). Trish holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) from ZOU. She is currently studying for Masters in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance with MSU. She currently sits as a member of the Judiciary Service Commission and the academic board for the Institute of Funeral Business Management.

Ms. Yeukai Gatsi is the current Chairperson of Mashonaland branch and works for Toyota Zimbabwe as the Human Resources Manager. Yeukai holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Humanities, majoring in Economics and Organisational Psychology from University of Capetown, MBA (ZOU) and an IPMZ diploma. She started her career in the banking industries and was later to join the consulting sector before joining Toyota Zimbabwe as Human Resources Officer. Over the years, Yeukai served the Institute in various capacities.

Mr. Boniface Sibanda is a Lecturer in Accounting with a passion in writing of course synopsis, setting and marking of examinations, supervision and marking of research projects, evaluation of students. He is a holder of Master of Commerce in Accounting Degree (MSU), Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Accounting (MSU), B.Sc. Honours Special in Monitoring and Evaluation (LSU, Diploma in Accounting Zimbabwe Association of Accounting Technicians (Z.A.A.T), National Diploma in Technical and Vocational Education (Gweru Tech). In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant with Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ZW). He is currently studying for Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting with University of Lusaka, Zambia. Boniface is the Chairperson for the Matabeleland branch.

Mr. Shepherd Dube is a Human Resources Officer for City of Mutare with twenty years of experience. He is a holder of M.Sc. in Human Resources Management Honours Degree (GZU) B.Sc. in Human Resources Management Honours Degree (MSU), National Diploma in Human Resources Management (HEXCO), and Diploma in Personal Management (IPMZ). Shepherd is the current Chairperson for Manicaland branch.

Mr. Japson Nemuseso is an accomplished Human Resources Specialist with Gweru City Council. Prior to joining the Gweru City Council, Japson worked for Municipality of Redcliff in various capacities including Acting Chamber Secretary and ZISCO. He has a keen interest in Industrial Relations and Labour law, which is blended with advanced Training in Personnel Management, Training and Labour law. Japson holds Master of Commerce Strategic Management and Corporate Governance (MSU), Bachelor of Laws Degree (UNISA), Bachelor of Management in Human Resources Management (ZOU), and a Class One artisan in Fitting and Turning. In addition, he is a holder of IPMZ diplomas in Training Management and Labour Relations.
